    Round & Shape Die Design

    We understand that customer needs can vary significantly from project to project.

    We therefore offer a design service through which die profiles can be provided to best suit the individual customer requirements, taking into account:

    • Type of material to be drawn
    • Reduction in cross sectional area
    • Required properties of the finished product
    • Shaped Dies

    For our customers who require Shaped Dies with intricate profiles, we offer technical assistance and our specialist design services as part of the package. We believe that it is important to keep up-to-date with all the most recent technical developments and so we have invested in the latest CAD/CAM software and machinery.

    Die management scheme and stock maintenance

    For our UK customers, we offer a complete Die Management Scheme & Stock Maintenance service. This service will become available to the overseas markets in the near future.

    Die refurbishment

    As well as supplying a large range of new dies we also offer a Die Refurbishment service, which includes cleaning, inspection and re-profiling.
